Voice of the Fire Annotations Posted

Alan Moore – photo by José Villarrubia, from the Top Shelf edition of Voice of the Fire

Before Jerusalem (or perhaps eternally locked in the same space-time solid as Jerusalem, depending on how you look at it), Alan Moore’s most ambitious and famous novel was Voice of the Fire. Similar to and overlapping with Jerusalem, Voice is a sweeping historical novel set in and starring Moore’s home town of Northampton.

We’ve got a more-or-less finished full pass of annotations for Voice of the Fire posted. The annotations are the work of Alexx Kay (support him via Patreon) built upon some very good early Chapter 1 annotations by Art Turner at Deciphering Hob’s Hog.

Access each chapter via our annotations index page.
